1. Introduction
Novistaro Educación Financiera S.R.L. ("Novistaro", "we") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you entrust to us when using novistaro.com. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it and the rights you have under Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic.

Controller: Novistaro Educación Financiera S.R.L., CUIT 30-71845629-4, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1543, 7th Floor Of. B, C1042AAC, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Registered with the National Personal Data Protection Directorate (DNPDP) under number 084,523.
3. Data we collect
We collect: (a) identifying data that you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter, such as name and email; (b) browsing data obtained through cookies and similar technologies, such as IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and time spent.
4. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (i) send the educational newsletter you subscribed to; (ii) analyse site usage and improve our content; (iii) comply with legal obligations; (iv) respond to your queries. We do not use your data for financial profiling and do not share it with financial institutions.
5. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the express consent you provide when filling out our forms, in compliance with article 5 of Law 25,326.
6. Retention
We retain your personal data while your subscription is active and for an additional period of up to two years, unless you request earlier deletion or there is a longer legal retention obligation.
7. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We may share it with email delivery and web analytics technology providers who act as data processors under contract and are based in countries with an adequate level of protection.
8. Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your data by sending an email to contacto@novistaro.com. Likewise, the holder of personal data has the right to access them free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is established, in accordance with article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326.
9. Supervisory authority
The Agency for Access to Public Information, the supervisory body of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
