3. Purpose
Novistaro makes available to users educational content, guides and tools to promote financial literacy. Novistaro is not a financial entity; it does not provide investment services, personalised advice or currency exchange. The published content does not constitute investment recommendations.
4. Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other forum or jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
10. Consumer Defense
